Please read.....and please remember, the key to resolution is always COMMUNICATION.

OK...so what happens if it doesn't fit as well as I had hoped?

Well, we are reasonable people after all, and know that sometimes things don't go quite according to plan.

If you find yourself in this situation, please email us IMMEDIATELY and we will issue you a return code. You will need to return post the item/s back to us within 7 days in the same condition that you received it, with tags/labels intact and the garment unworn. 

Failure to do so in this timeframe will leave you with the wrong size corset, and nobody wants that.

Garments that have been made to measure are unable to be exchanged, as they are made to your measurements.

We'll then work with you to make sure that the correctly sized item gets to you as soon as possible (bear in mind that occasionally there may be a short delay if we don't have the correct size in stock - but you will ALWAYS be informed of this).

Once the item has arrived back in acceptable condition, you will be issued with store credit to repurchase the correct size.  You will also be required to pay for the return postage of your new item in this transaction. 

If the size you have requested is out of stock or unavailable, you will be issued a refund in the form of store credit; store credit will be to the value of your first payment and does not include the amount for return shipping. For sale items this only refunds the sale price, not the full price.     Your store credit will be given 3 months expiry unless discussed otherwise.

Exchanges are provided in good faith, and an item may only be exchanged once to the correct size.

We always endeavor to inspect ALL goods prior to shipping......... but, hey!, we're only human!

Tits'n'Feathers are proud of our products and research manufacturers extensively.

If, in the unlikely event that you receive goods that you feel wouldn't meet our high standards when it arrives, we are always happy to rectify the situation.
Please follow the procedure outlined above, and the problem will quickly be solved.

OK...so what about undergarments and rumba pants etc?
Unfortunately, because these garments are considered "intimate" apparel, as such, we are unable to exchange them for obvious health reasons....sorry!

Express Post is offered, however please ensure you are within the Guaranteed Next Day Delivey network area. We do everything we can to get your items to you as quickly as possible - generally posting daily, however we cannot be held responsible for Australia Post issues.
